Hate Broken Links? Automatically Check Your Emails For Them With Link Checker

Posted by Justin Premick

Chances are, you’ve thoroughly tested an email and sent it out — then found out from your subscribers that you missed a typo or some other error in your email.

After all, you’re human. We all miss things in reviews from time to time.

But when you miss a broken link in your email, the consequences to your email marketing campaign, and your business as a whole, can be severe:

Wouldn’t it be reassuring to know before you save your email that all the links are working?

Now, you will know.

To learn more, read on and watch this short video.

Introducing The Link Checker

To learn about the new Link Checker tool, watch this one-minute video:

Knowledge Base: Link Checker.

Whenever you create an email, we’ll automatically check any links in the email to make sure the pages are accessible.

If any of the links in your email appear to be invalid, we’ll point them out to you so you can correct them if needed.

Plus, if you use our Email Web Analytics tools with your website, we’ll check any links to your site to make sure you have the JavaScript installed on those pages. If you don’t, we’ll point that out, too.

See our Knowledge Base to learn more about Link Checker.

Here’s to ridding ourselves of broken email links!

    Hi there

Great feature again, but something did make me chuckle though:

"RSS Subscribers: click the image above to watch this video on our blog."

    which brings you to:
    "Article Not Found!
    Sorry!"
    on http://www.aweber.com/blog/new-features/link-checker.png#video

    ;-)
