Hello ,
“Did you know your body and mind possess an incredible ability to heal themselves?”
Have you ever
experienced your body’s ability to self-heal?
For example: if you get a paper cut, the body’s healing cells naturally heals the paper cut in couple days. Our mind body and soul are all connected. Our body and mind are always communicating with each other.
Let me share my self-healing journey:

From a car accident and losing my brother in this accident, To falling down 12 stairs with laundry basket and getting a torn ACL, To having a heart attack, stroke, and a brain aneurysm and sustaining the loss of eyesight in one eye and a field cut vision in another eye, To having a knee replacement, And having edema and vein ablation in my feet.
After going through all these experiences, I practiced external healing, self-healing and self-care.
Let me share with you
External healing
External healing refers to practices
and treatments designed to restore and support the body’s physical surface or external structures.
Therapeutic Techniques: Physical therapy, massage, or chiropractic care to support the healing of muscles, bones, and joints.
External healing is a vital component of the body’s recovery process and often works alongside internal healing to restore balance and functionality.
Internal Healing
Internal healing focuses on restoring the health and balance of the body’s internal systems, such as organs, tissues, and the
immune system. It addresses underlying issues that may not be visible externally but are essential for overall well-being.
Self-Healing
Self-healing is the body’s natural ability to recover and regenerate without external intervention. It involves harnessing physical, mental, and emotional resources to promote overall health.
Elements of Self-Healing:
• Mental and Emotional Resilience: Developing a positive mindset and coping strategies to reduce stress and support
healing.
• Holistic Practices: Yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises to align the mind, body, and spirit.
• Lifestyle
Choices: Regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and avoiding harmful substances to optimize the body’s natural healing processes.
Encouraging Self-Healing:
• Recognizing the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
• Supporting it through healthy habits, patience, and consistency.
Examples:
• Recovering from a cold or flu without medication.
• Building emotional strength after a traumatic event.
Both internal and self-healing emphasize the importance of balance, self-care, and recognizing the interconnectedness of physical, mental, and emotional health.
For my own healing I went through three stages
