What Is an Undeliverable Subscriber?
When AWeber sends an email message to a subscriber, we connect to that subscriber's Internet Service Provider (ISP). Typically this results in the message being delivered to the subscriber.
Sometimes, the ISP informs us that the message cannot be delivered to the subscriber.
This is usually due to one of two reasons:
- The email address that the subscriber provided is not correct
- The subscriber no longer has an email account at that ISP
