How Do I See My Subscribers?


You can view your subscribers from the Search page  of your account.

To See All Subscribers in One List

First, choose the list that you would like to see under the Current List drop down menu in the upper left.



Click the Search button on this page. All of the subscribers in your list will appear.



To See All Subscribers in All Lists


Go to the Home page you see immediately when you log into your account.

In the Search List box, choose "contains" from the drop-down box and type the @ character into the empty input box.



Click on the Search button. All subscribers will display across all lists.

To download all subscribers in your lists, use our backup feature.

How To Find a Subscriber


If you're looking for a particular subscriber, you can search your lists rather than browsing through the entire table.


To cut some corners, you can install our search email feature into your web browser.

This will save you some time when you need to search for email addresses, especially when you haven't logged into your account yet.
