Unsubscribing One Person At a Time
Go to the Home page in your account.
Enter the subscriber's email address in the Search Subscribers box in the right-hand sidebar and click the Search button.
You will see an entry for every list in your account that the email address is on.
If you're interested, you can install our search email feature into your web browser. This will allow you to skip some steps when you need to search for email addresses.
The right-hand column, labeled Erase, has a checkbox next to each entry.
Mark the checkbox next to the appropriate entries and click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
Unsubscribing A Group of People
Go to the Unsubscribe page

Paste the email addresses you want to unsubscribe into the large box.

"Label These Unsubscribes?" you can enter a word to remind you why you're unsubscribing these people. That label will be stored as the Ad Tracking for those subscribers. You can view this Ad Tracking while searching subscribers or viewing the Ad Tracking reports in your account.
Click the
button.Note that the addresses you wish to unsubscribe can be listed in any format, even sprinkled throughout extra text. For instance, let's say that you've received the following message from one of your subscribers:
Dear Sir,
I, (me@example.com), am no longer in the market for a widget. Please stop sending widget-promoting emails to myself@wantawidget.com.
Sam Subscriber
andi@example.com
You can copy that whole message, paste it into the Addresses to Unsubscribe text box, and click the
button. We'll remove all of the email addresses mentioned in the message from your autoresponder, including:me@example.com
myself@example.com
andi@example.com
