How Do I Integrate Shopping Cart Gurus with AWeber?

Step by Step Instructions

In Your AWeber Control Panel:

       
  1. Create a new list for your Shopping Cart Gurus customers, following all of the steps in the setup wizard, except for the final two covering sign up forms. You won't need one to build your Shopping Cart Gurus customer list. Take note of what you name your list.
  2.    
  3. Under the "My Lists" tab, select the "Email Parsers" option.
  4.         
  5. Check the box for the "Shopping Cart Gurus" option, under "Shopping Carts":

In Your Shopping Cart Gurus Control Panel:

       
  1. Log into your Shopping Cart Gurus account, and click on the "File" menu item.
  2.         
  3. Enter the name of the your AWeber list, followed by "@aweber.com", into the "E-mail" input box:
  4.         
       

    Note: You should also enter your own email address into this box, so you can continue to receive order notifications yourself. Separate email addresses with a comma.

            
  5. Click the "Save" button.
  6.     
Now that the email parser is activated, when customers make purchases from your Shopping Cart Gurus shopping cart, the notification message sent to your AWeber list's email address will automatically subscribe customers to your email list.
