Finding a Subscriber on All Lists

  1. Make sure you're on the Home tab of your AWeber account.

  2. At the top of the page, under the Subscriber Search header, enter the email address that of the subscriber you are looking for and click Search.

  3. On the page you can see your subscriber on each list that they have joined. You can check the Listname column to see which list each entry is for.

Finding a Subscriber on a Specific List

  1. Under the Subscribers tab, click Search.

  2. On this page, choose your search criteria (such as Name or Email) from the first "Select Field" drop down menu on the left.

Note: you can choose up to four different search criteria here. When doing so, subscribers that match ALL criteria that you've searched for will be found - if a subscriber matches one, but not another, they will not be displayed.
  3. Enter the search term (i.e. the subscriber's email address or name that you are looking for) in the text field to the right, then hit Search.

Advanced Tip: To cut some corners, you can install our search email feature into your web browser.

This will save you some time when you need to search for email addresses, especially when you haven't logged into your account yet.
