Why Won't My Pop Up Form Appear in Internet Explorer?
When publishing HTML for a pop-up or pop-over form to your website, it needs to be published with in the "body" section to work properly.
If you're finding that your form is not appearing in your Internet Explorer browser, this is most likely the reason why.
How to Publish the HTML Correctly
Open up the HTML for your web page and perform a "Find" -- typically Ctrl-F (PC) or Apple-F (Mac) will do the trick -- for the "<body" (without the quotes).

Just beneath, on the next line, paste the HTML for your pop up form:

Republish your web page, and click on the reload button while holding the Shift key. Your form should now appear according to its settings.
Note: You will also need to remove any other instance of the HTML you may have pasted previously.
