How Do I Use An Image For My Submit Button?
If you'd prefer using an image for your submit button, follow these simple steps:
Click on the
tab in your account's navigation bar, then on the 
button (or open an existing form you'd like to change the button for).-
Underneath the templates, you'll find a drop-down box whose label reads "Form Type". Click on it.

Select the "Submit Button" option.

Click on the "Advanced" tab.

Enter your button image's URL into the "Button Image" box.

On your keyboard, hit enter, and your image will appear as the submit button for your form.
