How Do I Hide clicks.aweber.com?
By default, if you're using our Click Tracking feature with your plain text messages, your subscribers will see a link that looks something like this:

In order to better brand your messages, you may want to avoiding having your subscribers see the aweber.com domain name.
There are two ways to hide our domain:
Use an HTML Message
Install Email Web Analytics
Use an HTML Message
When you create a message, you will find two boxes where you can enter message content: "HTML" and "Plain Text".
While you should always include a plain text version, you might also consider including an HTML version and use hyperlinks.
Then, clicks.aweber.com will be hidden behind other clickable words.
To do this, in the HTML section of the message, highlight the text that you would like to turn into a link, then click the Insert/Edit Hyperlink button in the toolbar along the top:

In the popup that appears, enter the URL of the page you'd like to link to, then click

When Click Tracking is turned on, never highlight and make a URL address into a link (e.g. http://www.example.com). Always choose some words (e.g. 'Click Here') and make them clickable instead to avoid deliverability issues with your messages. |
Install Email Web Analytics
If you prefer using plain text only messages or if you'd like to track more information like what each subscriber clicks and where they go on your website after the click, you'll want to install email web analytics.
Once installed, all links will direct to your web pages with a special tracking string following the page address. For example:
http://www.pastamarco.com/blog/this-is-an-article.htm
. . . becomes something like:
http://www.pastamarco.com/blog/this-is-an-article.htm?awt_l=xxxxxxx&awt_m=xxxxxxx
