What is Click Tracking?


Our Click Tracking feature allows customers to track how many times each link in their messages have been clicked on by their subscribers.

When working in your account, you might see Click Tracking features appear on a few different pages.

For example:

On either of the message pages:



When editing a message:



When viewing reports:



How Click Tracking Works


When you turn on click tracking for your messages, your links are processed and converted either to point to special addresses hosted on our web server or your website (if you have email web analytics enabled).

Then, when a subscriber clicks on one of the links, a statistic is recorded in the background while your subscriber sees the page they clicked the link to see.

Note: In all cases, the loading process is transparent in that we never show your subscribers any content from our website.  They go right to your page.


Reviewing Click Tracking Results


As subscribers click on the links in your messages, we will record the information and offer click tracking reports for you to view.
