What Happens If I Set a Message Interval to 0?
When you set a message interval to zero (0), it will go out the next time our system sends follow up messages for your campaign. While this may not be immediate, you should avoid settings intervals to zero unless you intend to send messages out back to back.
Note: If you have send windows turned on, your subscriber will not be sent a message on the current day if you don't have it selected in the window you setup.
