What Is An Add URL?
When searching through or exporting your subscribers, the "Add URL" value lists the address of the page containing the form the subscriber used to sign up for your list:
This provides you with a record to help you track where subscribers signed up from and a part of an audit trail showing email service providers that your subscribers did request your information.
