Why Was My Custom Subject Rejected?


Custom subjects are submitted to our Customer Solutions Team for review. 

You must communicate the purpose of the message in the subject, mostly that an action is required. 

Words like 'Confirm', 'Verify', or a phrase like 'Response Required' need to be included to convey that message.

You can re-enter a subject that fits this criteria on the List Settings page or choose a pre-approved subject.
