Can I Create and Use Custom Error Messages?
In some cases, when website visitors submit information through the form you've published, there may be an error they need to be informed of.
Each error message will describe the problem within a simple box:

Because these errors are rare and need to be handled in the same manner across all accounts, they generally are not customizable.
You Can Customize the Already Subscribed Message
In some occasions, you may plan to have visitors use your form again after signing up.
Although we automatically de-duplicate your sign ups to make sure one person is not added multiple times to the same campaign, you can send them to a custom page of your choice, rather than the default:

Other Error Messages
In contrast to the customizable "Already Subscribed" error message, all other errors point either to a fundamental issue with the functionality of your web form that need to be corrected, or an issue a subscriber needs to address.
