Why Is My Form Reporting an Error?
When you test or a subscriber uses your sign up form, an error may be reported:

Fortunately, these errors are easily identified, and often times, they can be corrected quickly.
How to Identify and Correct Errors
If when testing your form, you see an error, review the following cases to understand the issue and find a resolution:
Incorrect List Name
If you've recently changed the name of your list, you may see the following error:
Mailing list not active. This mailing list is not currently active. Please push the "Back" button and notify the website owner.
Because of a mismatch between the HTML published to your site and the settings in your account, the form cannot be submitted successfully.
To correct this issue, you'll need either to change the name of the list back to what it was previously set at, or re-publish the HTML from the web form tool to your site.
No Thank You Page Set
There may be a slightly different issue with the settings of your form if you see the following error:
Your form submission was successful but the website owner of the previous page did not provide a valid redirect ("Thank You") page. The URL provided does not follow proper web standard formats. You may wish to notify that website owner by pushing the "back" button on your web browser.
To correct the issue, you may need to re-publish the HTML for your form.
If you still see an issue, you may need to contact your web host to determine why there are changes being made to the HTML you're publishing, as that is likely the problem that needs to be addressed.
Email Address Blocked
If you or a subscriber are entering an email address that you've blocked or one that is blocked from being added to any customer's list, you may see the following error:
Notice: The email address you submitted was previously blocked by the system from receiving information.
If you believe this is incorrect, please push the "back" button on your web browser and send the email address you submitted along with block ID #555555 to the website owner.
Alternately, you may push the "back" button and enter a different email address.
In this case, you will need to either unblock the address in question, or use a different email address that is not blocked from being added to AWeber.
Too Many Repeated Submissions
When testing or adding subscribers via web form, you might see this error:
Notice: Sorry, the account you tried to access is currently unavailable from your computer due to many repeated submissions. Please wait several hours and try your request again.
If you are testing your form, you will need to wait some time before doing any further testing from the same computer.
If instead, you are adding leads, you will need to use the Import feature to add subscribers instead, as it is the proper method of adding subscribers.
Already Subscribed
If you enter an email address into a form associated with a list it has already been added to, you may see either of two errors. The first begins with:

Our records indicate that you are already subscribed to this list, but have not yet verified your subscription. Until your subscription is verified, you will not receive any emails from this list [...]
In this case, as the error explains, a confirmation message has been sent to you or your subscriber. In order to activate the subscription in question, the message needs to be opened and its link confirmation clicked on.
In another case, you may see a message that begins with:

Our records indicate that you are already subscribed to this list and have verified[...]
Here, the email address entered into the form has already subscribed successfully. Because AWeber de-duplicates subscriptions, an address cannot be added more than once to a campaign.
You can also send already subscribed leads to a page of your choice instead of this error page.
