How Do I Integrate 1ShoppingCart With AWeber?

You can easily integrate 1ShoppingCart with AWeber so that your buyers can add to a customer list in your account. This will automatically add the buyer's email address (as entered in your order form) to your list and send an opt-in confirmation message to him/her. Upon confirming, the buyer will become active on your list.

To do this, you will make use of our Email Parser feature. The parser will be able to "read" the notification of sale email that 1ShoppingCart sends when a sale is made, adding the customer to your list.

Step By Step Instructions

The first thing to do is to turn on the 1ShoppingCart parser in your AWeber account. In your AWeber control panel, under the My Lists tab, click Email Parser.

On this page, check the box next to "1Shoppingcart.com Orders."
Next, you'll want to get the email address of the list, so that you can add this address to your 1ShoppingCart account. Simply add "@aweber.com" to the name of your list. To check what the name of your list is, just look in the upper left of the page in your AWeber account, in the drop down menu next to "Current List:"
Now you can add that address to 1ShoppingCart. In your 1ShoppingCart account, under the Setup tab, click Orders.

Here, just place your list's email address in the field "Order Notice Email - Primary Destination." Once you've done this, just click the button at the bottom to save your changes.

Note: In order to make sure that this integration works smoothly, please make sure to have ONLY your list's email address in the "Primary Destination" field. Any other addresses you'd like to be notified can be entered into "Secondary Destination."
