How Do I Delete My Undeliverable Subscribers?
To erase your undeliverable subscribers:
Under the Subscribers tab, click on Search.
Here, from the View Segment drop down menu, select "Undeliverable Subscribers" in order to pull up the list of undeliverables (if they do not appear automatically, click the
button).
Now just scroll down to see your undeliverable subscribers. You can remove individual subscribers by checking the Erase box to the right for each one, or mark them all to be erased using the checkbox at the head of the Erase column.
