How Do I Add a Signature File to Messages?


You can easily create a signature file and add it to the end of your messages.

Should you ever need to update your signature, you can do so in one centralized place, rather than having to update each message individually.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. To create a signature, first choose List Settings under the My Lists tab.

  2. On the List Settings page, click the Personalize Your List tab at the top.

  3. Here, simply enter your signature into the Signature box, then scroll down and hit the Save Settings button when you're done.

  4. Your signature will automatically appear at the bottom of your plain text messages. If you would like it to appear elsewhere, or in order to add it to your HTML messages, just click the Personalize link when creating a message and choose {!signature} from the menu that appears.
