How Do I Export My Subscribers?


The easiest way to get a copy of your subscribers is to use our Backup Data feature. This will generate a copy of your subscribers and your messages in all of your lists.

If you prefer, you can use the export feature on the "Search" page on a case-by-case basis.

Step By Step Instructions

  1. Go to the Search page in your account, under the Subscribers tab.

  2. Click Search to pull up your list of subscribers immediately, or search for a subset using the drop down menus before searching.
  3. Once your list of subscribers appears, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the Export CSV button to download a spreadsheet with all their information.
