Can I Import and Use Purchased Leads?
No, purchased leads of any kind may not be used with AWeber. Importing or trying to use purchased leads with your account violates our terms of service and will result in your account being closed without refund.
There are much better ways to build your list. For example, what our users typically do is set up a website and then place a signup form on it.
They then advertise their site (via online pay-per-click ads such as Google's AdWords program, for example).
When people come to the site, if they want to receive more information, they would fill out your web form to request that.
