What is AWeber's Position on Spam?
Using AWeber accounts or affiliate memberships to send spam is both prohibited in AWeber's service agreement, and illegal under United States law. AWeber's anti-spam policy is strictly enforced.
If you use your AWeber Autoresponder account or affiliate membership to send e-mail to people who haven't asked for it, then you are spamming, and your AWeber account will be shut down.
