How Do I See What My Message Looks Like Before Sending?
You can see a preview of your messages or send yourself a test version - this is a great way to make sure your messages look exactly how you want them before they get sent out to your list.
Instructions for AWeber's new message editor are below. Instructions for the old version of the editor are further down the page.
Step by Step Instructions
-
When editing a message, at the bottom right corner of the editor, click the Test & Preview button.
-
This will take you to the Preview & Test window. Check out your message's appearance below.
To send a test version of your message, enter your email address into the field near the top of the page.

To the right, you can click the Personalize button to enter any personalization fields that you're using (for instance, if you're using subscribers' names), and click the Send Test button to send yourself a test copy.
-
To test a message that you've already saved, simply find the message in your list of messages (under the Messages tab, Follow Up or Broadcast) and click the Test button.
-
In the window that appears, enter your email address in the first field.

Fill out any personalization fields that you are using in the message (such as name), then click Send Test to send a test copy to yourself.
