How Do I Resend Follow Ups To a Subscriber?
You can set subscribers to receive your follow ups again on the Search page of your account, under the Subscribers tab.
On this page, click the
button to view your subscribers (you can also search for specific subscribers to change on this page).To the left of each subscriber's name and email address is a number. This number represents the last message in your sequence that each subscriber has been sent.
To resend your entire sequence, starting with your first message, change the number in that "Mes" column to 0.
Note that you can start subscribers at any point in the sequence that you would like - just change their "Mes" number to the number BEFORE the message you want them to start with.
Click the
button when you're done. Your message sequence will begin again for the subscribers you've edited, starting in about a day.
