How Do I Change Message Intervals?
You can set each message in your follow up sequence to be sent anywhere from 0 to 999 days after the previous message.
To Change a Message Interval
Go to your Follow Up page, under the Messages tab.
Click the subject of the message you want to edit.
Toward the bottom of the page you'll find an "Interval" option. Just type in the number of days that you would like the system to wait before sending your message, then click
.
Note: You cannot change the interval for message #1 (the autoresponse). It is always sent immediately.
