Hi Jane,

You're welcome to borrow from these for your business - just make sure that whatever you end up defining as your Core Values reflect what's important to you and your business!

Would you guys mind if I took some of these for my company? I too have been an Aweber fan and have suggested that many of my clients use you guys as well. You make setting up autoresponders a cinch to do...and generally that kind of work stresses me out! Thank you!

Why did it take me so long?

Against ever increasing odds, I was loyal to another provider for 6 years

Recent events tipped me over and it's like breaking through the clouds into the sunshine. The speed of your LiveChat impressed the hell out of me, as I had been 'conditioned' to wait up to an hour - no joke!

Im here to stay - Thanks guys

G'day from Sydney, Australia ...

What a great job you guys do of aligning your culture and daily work practices to your core values - successful companies know what their core values are and have the skills and systems to "live them out", to turn their dreams into reality.

Not only are you guys turning your dreams into reality, you're helping us, your clients, to do the same.

Congratulations! Value your life, live your values ...

Great post Sean. I wish the company I USED to work for had focused on some of these rather than the complete opposite in many cases!

Foster Camaraderie and Mutual Respect. These were not even in their dictionary!

Keep up the good work!

Excellent set of core values that all businesses should adopt...

I've been an AWeber customer for the past 6 months and I must say I'm absolutely thrilled with the service - If I need anything, all I have to do is ask and your people are right on it =)

I love the part where you talk about encouraging continual education and improvement. Personal development is one of my top values and in fact where my niche is in!

Education and improvement doesn't end after graduation. We must continually upgrade, grow and stretch beyond our comfort zones in order to provide more value to others as well as ourselves.

Wow, this has opened my eyes and I'll craft a blog post back-linking to you ASAP :)

I can't believe you've said that...

"7. Treat Each Customer As If They Are Our Only Customer."

This is the most often neglected business principles... it's good to find savvy business owners like you who really know how to treat each customer well.

I must say your services are great, and that you truly are the best of your kind.
However, I'm still missing the ability to change the confirmation link text. ( So it's possible to use Aweber to other countires than the english speaking)

I have suggested this a few times, and have ogtten different responses. The last one I got was that it sounded great, and that you will take it into consideration.

Once you get trough with this, I will dediacate a blog post to you =)

I think that we at International Songwriters Association have been AWeber clients since 2001 or so, and I have said it before and will doubtless say it again - if only everything on the web worked as well as AWeber - it would be a wonderful place.

None of your core values come as a surprise me - I think I have experienced most of them myself, but it's nice to see them set out, if only to remind us of what we all aspire to - even if we do not always achieve it!

The one thing about AWeber is - everything works as described - and more!

Back in 2001, we found our first (and last) auto-responder.

Over the years, I have been so impressed with the blurb for so many other web services, only to be disappointed by the execution.

For that reason, it is a pity that having perfected the auto-responder, you did not then extend your talents to other areas.

Perhaps in the future?
