Account Maintenance Wed 9/10
This Wednesday, Sept 10th beginning at 11PM – 6AM ET, we will be performing system maintenance to resolve a new subscriber confirmation delay issue.
Update 9/11/08 1PM ET
The previous delay with new subscribers being added to your account and the initial confirmation message being sent has been resolved. This was due to several database performance tweaks that needed to be made and have been adjusted last night.
During the time listed above the customer and affiliate control panel areas of the website may be intermittently unavailable for login. All other aspects of the website will continue to collect data for: new subscriber opt-ins, open rate tracking, click tracking links, unsubscribe requests, etc.
