Online Credit Card Updating

Psst… we made a subtle but much-requested update to your account’s Billing area recently.

Remember how you used to have to call us up, or send in an authorization form, to change your credit card?

No longer!

Now, you can securely update your credit card in seconds, directly in your account.

Just go to your Billing Page, click the Add Credit Card button at the end, and enter your card details in the form that appears.

You can still call us if you want, of course ;) – but this should make things a bit quicker for you.

  1. I just called in last month to update mine and was thinking "they should really automate this". When did you guys install the customer mind-reader module? :)

  2. Dear Aweber,

You guys are wonderful. You know the IT world is changing and you need to change too.

This is a very welcomed development and we all appreciate and love it.

Keep it and God bless you all.

  3. Thanks,

When I had to fill in the form and fax it (connect old modem, find the fax program, print the form, fill it in, scan the form, get it into the fax program…) I really was wondering why that procedure from the stone age was still in use at Aweber.

Thanks for fixing that, it will be much appreciated the next time I have to update my card info!

  4. Hi Justin

I’m relatively new to AWeber. Online credit card updating is an excellent idea. One question…What happens to the record of the expired credit card? Is this information retained in my account or deleted? If it’s deleted, do I have to take any action to ensure this occurs?

    Best wishes
