New “Unsubscribe List” Feature Simplifies Lead Management!
Posted by Tom Kulzer (AWeber CEO)So, you’ve been using AWeber for a while – you advertise your autoresponder address, you work your leads… You’ve amassed quite a number of legitimate, opt-in leads, and are really starting to see the difference in your business!
This is a good time to learn how to deal with the other end of the follow up process – unsubscribing leads who request it from your list.
AWeber has just added a new feature that makes this process easier by allowing you to unsubscribe more than one lead at once. The feature is called “Unsubscribe List,” and it’s available now in your control panel!
To access the feature and view documentation:
- Login to your Customer Control Panel.
- Click the “Leads” tab at the top of the page. This will bring up a page titled “Manage Leads.”
- Click the blue “Unsubscribe List” button in the menu at the top of the page. This will bring up a page titled “Unsubscribe List.”
- Follow the instructions on that page.
HINT: You don’t have to give AWeber’s Unsubscribe List form a neatly formatted list of e-mail addresses! You can enter a whole message into the form, text and all. The system will remove all of the e-mail addresses that are in the message from your account.
