I just started using AWeber, so I'm not sure what it looked like before. It's VERY user friendly and I love the colors. Very clean!

I'm not sure if it is just me but when I am reading in the help sections I have to scroll across the page to read the end of the sentence and then back again so that I can read the beginning of the next line.

We have only be with Aweber for 3 months and so I was just getting used to things and now I have to relearn where everything is.

Otherwise I like the new new look, it is fresh and soothing to the eyes.

I like the new layout, seems more sleek. One feature that I'd like to see , not sure if its been mentioned...if Aweber could interface with my email client, say Outlook or Gmail, or Thunderbird, that'd would make sending a mailout no more difficult than any other email. maybe it could be set so when you use a specific "from" address in your email client, it notifies Aweber to handle the messaging. just a thought...Good work though!

Very nice look & feel.

However I did notice that in the Customer Account Profile page, my mailing address is shown in red and there's a message there that says:

♦ The address entered contains invalid characters.

This is for both Street Address 1 and 2.

I've never had this problem before in the old interface.

Overall, I like the new interface and it looks cleaner too.

Dear Tom,
as told already we like the new interface and the enhancements.

However, maybe you added a little too much high soffisticated bells and whistles. Especially in regards to overuse of scripting.

Especially the help section with it´s automated answer suggestion features drove me crazy today, stalling 3 times (all the time with deleting my just entered support question completely)... It was a wast of time.

Using Internet Explorer 7 the website very often stalls when your interactive platform tries to interact. This is partially because of IE 7s too stupid "security" features, that partially it seems you can´t even turn off...

Please look what could be "re improved" or better said simplyfied to make the login area of aWeber less vulnerable to stalling stupid IE 7...

I would just like to add my intake. Your new set-up is working perfectly for me. I always had trouble with "get html" but now it's responding 100%. Good work.

Great new look. Love the Report area and being able to see all the different stats for the different countries that people are subscribing from. This is great for working out who is looking at our many different websites
