Google disapproved of two of the four ads (all were pointing to the same page with the lightbox!!). I sent an email to them saying that it was a "pop-over, not a pop-up" and explained per Jason's post above: "the lightbox form (from Aweber) isn’t actually a new window that appears - it’s a part of the page just like text/images/etc. And it goes away when the page is closed, the user hits "ESC" or the form is closed using the "close" link." They responded: "Thank you for your email. I am sorry that your ads were wrongly disapproved for pop-ups. I looked into your account and have approved your ads. Your ads should be up and running on Google soon. Your patience and understanding is appreciated." So, if you run onto problems with them, try the same argument...
