Get Answers Even Faster: Our New Knowledge Base
Posted by Justin PremickWe put a lot into making AWeber as easy-to-use as possible. A big part of that is backing up our service with great customer support.
Our Customer Support Team does an outstanding job of answering your questions promptly and courteously, and we get more compliments on them than I could ever count.
However, sometimes you just want to find the answer for yourself.
Our previous Knowledge Base helped you to do that, but it wasn’t always as thorough or intuitive as it could be. And that’s not in line with what we’re all about.
Introducing Our New Knowledge Base
So today we’ve rolled out a brand new Knowledge Base with:
- More Information
We’ve added more detailed answers to your most common — and less common — questions about AWeber.
- More Ways To Get Answers
In addition to browsing the Knowledge Base, you can use the Most Popular Questions, Most Popular Searches and Recent Entries to find your answer faster.
- Integrated Support Search
Now this is especially cool.
Let’s say you have a question for our Support Team. You head over to the support form and start typing your question:
We’ll automatically search our Knowledge Base and display possible answers to your question as you type.
Get your answer immediately, without a support ticket, and keep right on working!
With the new Knowledge Base, we can also better see what you’re looking for on our site, so we can add items over time to better address your questions as we go.
As always, if you have a question that can’t be answered there, our Customer Support Team is here six days a week to help!

I think you are doing a great job. I Have tried other autoresponders and did not get the kind of help that you give.
I am anewbee and I am having a hard time. It will take me a while but I will get it.

Hey, Shirley, you’ll get it! Don’t give up and always keep learning.
I’m somewhat of a newbie myself and I had to ask the help staff some of the most beginner questions, yet they treated me with respect and courtesy. And they are very knowledgable. You’re on the right path. You’re here, aren’t you?
My congrats to the movers and shakers who came up with the idea of adding the ‘Do These Answers Help?’ section. Not only does it help take the weight off of the staff (they have enough questions to answer!), it more importantly gives many people the immediate answer to their question/problem, which is very much appreciated.
Shirley, may I suggest you try http://www.warriorforum.com/forum ? You’ll find lots of helpful advice about anything to do with internet marketing, especially for beginners! I just found it not long ago myself.
(And, no, I do not get paid anything when I mention them.)
