I want to let Aweber know how lucky they are for having such an expert and kind helper at their tech support team. Her name is Julie Jarrett! She and I have exchanged a few e-mails about an issue I had recently and, after 4 years being an Aweber customer, I had never received the tech support with the level of information, expertise and kindness that she provided to me. At a point that I felt compelled to spread the word about it!
