" If your symptoms are chronic... that means they are happening most of the time over a long period of time... then going the natural route for health solutions will be your best bet and is actually the only correct solution... if you're having an acute situation... let's say you have a urinary tract infection, or a true bacterial infection or heart attack or some real disease easily found by correct medical tests... then by all means go to your local medical doctor and get treated properly... but in either scenario you should also seek out what caused the acute situation in the first place (not just treat it) and in the chronic scenario you had better find the CAUSE of the problems... don't just cover up the symptoms with mind numbing or body numbing drugs.
