Hey,
I'm enjoying the fact that I see more and more
people emphasizing the back muscles.
Perhaps I grew up sheltered from back training
...weird...
I had football coaches say "You NEVER have to
pull someone towards you, just get stronger at
pushing!"
But in actuality there is no substitute for a strong
back! It provides muscle balance, pulling strength,
corrects posture, fills out your shirt, and (as I have
had some fathers tell me) it helps when you have
to carry around the youngsters!
Last month I posted up a video on how to get
some variation into your back training and increase
your pull ups!
